Thank you for choosing PAINTIFY! We are dedicated to delivering your creative kits in the best possible condition. Below you will find the details of our shipping operations.
1. Shipping Confirmation & Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We work with international fulfillment centers to ensure you get the best logistics routes.
- Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days.
- Express Shipping (if available): 5-10 business days.
*Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
PAINTIFY ships to addresses worldwide. However, we recommend providing a physical street address, as some international carriers may have restrictions regarding delivery to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier's portal.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PAINTIFY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders shipped to the UK and EU, VAT is typically handled at checkout, but local customs may still apply additional processing fees depending on your region's regulations.
6. Damages
PAINTIFY is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos, and contact our support team at info@paintify.ltd immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for your order.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund.
